1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking request will be reviewed after you submit the booking form and payment proof. A booking is considered confirmed only when your booking status is marked as "Confirmed" and your booking ticket is issued in your account on the Safar Kahani website. Until then, your booking shall be treated as pending and subject to verification and availability.

2. Cancellation & Refund Requests

If you wish to cancel your booking, you may submit a cancellation or refund request to Safar Kahani. Every request is reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the tour. Refunds or rescheduling may depend on factors such as tour arrangements already made, operational commitments, or whether your reserved seat can be filled by another traveler. The company reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or decline any cancellation or refund request after reviewing the booking circumstances.

3. Tour Inclusions

Safar Kahani is responsible only for providing the services specifically mentioned in your selected tour package. Any service not listed in the tour inclusions is considered excluded.

4. Additional Services

Any optional activities, upgrades, transportation, accommodation, meals, or other services not included in your selected package will be charged separately according to the applicable rates.

5. Personal Responsibility

Each traveler is solely responsible for their own personal belongings, luggage, valuables, travel documents, children, and personal safety throughout the tour. Safar Kahani shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings.

6. Safety & Tour Instructions

All travelers must follow the instructions of the tour guide and tour management throughout the journey. Travelers must remain with the group unless permission is granted by the tour guide. Visiting restricted or unauthorized areas is entirely at the traveler's own risk. If a traveler fails to reach the designated meeting point within the communicated waiting time, the tour may continue without further delay. Any resulting expenses shall be the traveler's responsibility.

7. Weather, Natural Events & Force Majeure

Tours may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, floods, heavy snowfall, road closures, government restrictions, political situations, traffic disruptions, or other unforeseen events. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Safar Kahani shall not be liable for any financial loss, property damage, personal injury, or loss of life resulting from such circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.

8. Emergency Accommodation & Additional Stay

If unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's control require additional hotel stays, transportation, meals, or other arrangements, Safar Kahani will make reasonable efforts to facilitate those arrangements. All additional expenses incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the travelers.

9. Tour Rescheduling & Itinerary Changes

Safar Kahani reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, extend, modify, or change the tour dates, itinerary, departure schedule, or route due to circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, road closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, security concerns, or any other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, the company will make reasonable efforts to inform travelers as early as possible and arrange an appropriate alternative. Such changes shall not be considered a breach of the booking agreement, and Safar Kahani shall not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from these necessary adjustments.

10. Traveler Conduct & Legal Compliance

All travelers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with the laws and regulations of Pakistan, as well as the instructions of the tour management.

If any traveler engages in illegal activities, criminal acts, misconduct, harassment, violence, possession or use of prohibited substances, damage to property, or any behavior that endangers others or harms the reputation of Safar Kahani, the company reserves the right to immediately remove that traveler from the tour without any refund, if appropriate under the circumstances.

Any legal action, investigation, penalties, fines, or proceedings arising from such conduct shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler. Safar Kahani shall not be liable for any legal consequences, financial losses, claims, or damages resulting from the traveler's unlawful or improper conduct. Where required by law, the matter may be reported to the relevant government authorities, who may proceed in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Health & Fitness

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in the selected tour. Any medical condition, allergy, disability, or special requirement must be disclosed to Safar Kahani before departure. If a traveler experiences a medical emergency or any major health issue during the tour, Safar Kahani will make reasonable efforts to facilitate assistance. However, the company shall not be responsible or liable for any medical condition, treatment, hospitalization, injury, or related consequences. Any medical, accommodation, transportation, evacuation, or other expenses arising from such circumstances shall be borne solely by the traveler or their guardian.

12. Company Rights

Safar Kahani reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, departure schedule, or other tour arrangements whenever necessary due to safety concerns, operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. The company also reserves the right to refuse or remove any traveler whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful, or negatively affects the safety, comfort, or experience of other travelers.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Your continued participation in the tour shall constitute acceptance of all applicable policies and guidelines of Safar Kahani.
